Very Simple, Natural Brown Eye.

I get a lot of questions about how to do a simple eye without it looking boring. I know a lot of ladies stick with brown shadows, so I wanted to take brown but make it look like it was more complex. This look is so easy & can be created with any browns you would like. So let's get started! :)

First, take a rosy brown color like this one from the UD Naked Palette and apply it all over the lid and slightly into your crease. You don't want to apply the color too dark, just press it onto your lid.

After that, take a medium matte brown shade like 'Buck" from the Naked Palette and blend into your crease, and slightly above your crease.

Take the darkest brown you can find and  your going to place this into your crease lightly, then blend. Don't go right into blending, you want to get the color on there then blend it.

Take a pencil brush like this...

Pick up a black shadow and slightly blend it into your outer "V"/corner which ever you call it, to darken the look just a bit without being too harsh. This step is optional!

Take a light brown, matte color and blend it above all the colors near the brow bone to give the look a more gradient effect.

Then, take a light, shimmery shade and apply it to your brown bone to highlight.

Instead of using a dark liner, I'm taking this brown, Espresso by MAC, and lining my upper & lower lash lines. It gives a very soft effect.

This is optional as well, but I'm going to take a black pencil liner and "tight line" my upper water line. Which basically pushes the color into the base of my lashes and darkens it up just a little.

And this is the finished look! Super simple and put together with just a little drama ;)  I love to wear this when I'm going for a natural look but still want to use darker shadows :)
